Have you ever wanted to do something spontaneous and crazy? Was thinking about it this morning. I am looking out my window at the beautiful mountains and was thinking about just skipping work and taking a drive up there and having myself a good old picnic lunch and hike. Ahh well, what are you going to do. I did have my fill of the sunshine on Saturday. Had a wonderful day, out in the sun! And I got just the littlest burnt.
I guess I can suppress my craving for sunshine today by just spending my lunch outside.
Now for what has been happening in my little fashion world. I started working with the samples, and the dress didn't work out. I did, however, successfully make a couple of purses! which actually turned out better then I expected. They are pretty cute, and will be available at the next fashion Denver. Also, I have a spread in the new Elephant Mag, and am very excited to see that. The spring issue is coming out this week, so I will have to keep checking the Tattered Cover.

Over the weekend, I finished another dress for the Fashion Show on March 31. It is pure green, and I think that I was inspired by St. Patricks day. I was also inspired by John Galliano's fall collection and a piece in the Christian Dior's Couture collection. Both have lots of frills, and the piece I designed has frills that fade from dark green to light green at the top. I happen to like it allot, and probably will just keep it for my own collection.
